I'm not to sure why but i've signed up a while ago but i haven't been accepted or so by the administrator or so of the game and i still haven't been accept whats going on? i want to know know if i should i still w8 or no?

Yeah this place seems pretty dead.... I haven't seen a good standing text-based Gundam RPG since 2003-2004. I used to be at Operation Gundam's text-based RPG until the message board system got shut down in 2005 after I was the last surviving member. I even have several custom designs stored on my computer that are UC compliant. Even have a couple of MTS (Mobile Trace System) units for high-agility attacks. One makes Deathsythe Hell Custom look like childs play lol. But then again now that GN systems exist now, it makes these types of units obsolete, unless specific rulings exist to prohibit this new tech.
